| hEy i need help on my scorpions and heel stretches..... i can do scorpion but i cant hold it for more than like 3 seconds |

Hey Flyinghigh. What you need to do, is when you get up there, and you pull it, make sure you are completely locked out. Hold your weight up. It helps my fliers a lot to hold their breath once they get up there. If you can't hold your breath then just make sure you are holding yourself up as much as you can. i know you have heard the term "pinch a penny",. Just keep trying until you get it. And don't ever say you can't. YOU CAN!!!! Make sure when you are going up, you dont look down and you hold your chest uo also. I hope this helps you out:) |

im working on my splits but i cant seem to stretch enough to make me touch the gorund and i cant hold it could u help me on some tips to help me on that well if u can thanks so much!!  |

make sure when you go up u look at something on the wall or w/e and dont break ur concentration. I usally look at something alil above eye level. other ppl look at stuff at eye level....ur choice. |

no go up looking at the wall or something eyelevel or above eye level. u dont have to look at the wall coming down just while ur up there. |
