I'm helping out my old high school squad......I want to do easy enough stunts for the jv squad but i also don't want them to look to simple..... if you have any suggestions please help.......I'll be very greatful

Okay.... I know this may sound a little weird but I'm going to try to explain this stunt called "A Beast". If your girls can do single bases, then this is no big deal at all. You can start one of 2 ways.... either is a ground up lib position or just a regular half. My squad and I find that it's easier to do a ground up. Okay..... You start as if your in a lib....you prep down on 2 and go into an almost lib position. When the flyer is almost at a lib she pulls her foot down as if she's doing a regular full extention. Only one of the bases do something different but it looks really neat...when your flyer goes to hit the full extention the base on the left stands underneath the flyer and catches her foot. Then the base ends up looking like she's doing a full up extention by herself. I'll email a picture of it to you to show you what it really looks like!
