Four bases and one flyer are needed for this mount. The flyer stands with her feet together and her arms out in a 'T'. There will be a base on each leg and arm, and a base on the butt. The bases on the legs will have their outer hand (right side, right hand) on the lower leg and their inner hand on the thigh/butt area. The bases on the arms will have their inner hand in the armpit and their outer hand on the wrist.(like you would hold an Angel) The base on the butt will place a hand on each cheek. On a 2 count (1,2 down-up) the flyer will jump as the bases lift her into a laying position, fully extended. Her feet will stay together this whole time. The arm bases will transition their inner hands from the armpit to the shoulder blades/middle back. The leg bases will transition their hands to the outter butt/hips region. The butt base will remain the same. On a 2 count, the arm bases will allow the flyers back to drop slightly(down) and then gently push her up into a sitting position (up). The leg bases will hold their position on the (down) and pull the flyers legs into a 'V' sit on the (up). The butt base will remain the same. The flyer will pull her arms up into a touchdown.
To dismount, the leg bases will bring the flyer's legs together as they slowly bring her down. The butt base needs to drop slightly slower than the leg bases. The arm bases can grab the flyer's hands.
