at my high school, our coach is a history teacher so shes really busy. We only have practice and 2-3 games a week. So we decided to organize an optional conditioning workout once a week. does anyone have any good workout tips/exercises or stretches to help get splits?? thanks so much!
run 10 laps around the place your warming up at and do stradles(legs on side splits) and make sure ur elebows are up on the floor if a few ppl go down very far make there arms go the same way there legs go and there stomachs should be on the ground also have half the ppl pushing the girls down when the go into there splits/straddles
well 200 crunches (100 reg 50 2 da left 50 2 da right ) do 50 at a time n start wit reg. n end wit regulars. do lot of streching lik lunges n stadle always strech from ur stomach
