Hi everyone,
I need help on doing splits. All types of splits it doesn't matter. I recently became a cheerleader and I can do everything but a split. please help me, I really need it.
Hey, in reply about the splits all i can say is keep streching! Put your left leg up onto something like your bed and hold it straight for about a minute then switch legs and do the smae thing again. Try and do this two or three times...
If you do this morning and evening for about a week and then try and do the splits again it should be easier. Also just go down as far as you can and hold it for as long as you can.
